As the Customer Support Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Customer Support Representatives (CSRs), Logo CSRs and Order Entry CSRs, while also supporting the Managers in Billing, Invoicing, outreach programs and custom projects as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of customer service staff
  • Develops and delivers reports on various customer service metrics
  • Implements training programs and initiatives developed by the Manager
  • Trains new staff and maintains training manuals and SOP and process documents

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, preferably 1-2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead
  • Undergraduate degree or 5-7 years’ experience in customer service and supervisory roles
  • Ability to work successfully within a home environment
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office and working with ERP systems and contact management tools. Familiarity with MS Access and HTML a plus
  • Familiarity with Social Media platforms a plus
  • Requires attention to detail, initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
